2023 CACC Cross Country Regional & National Awards
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (December 20, 2023) -- The 2023 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's and Women's Cross Country season featured several impressive individual and team performances. Several student-athletes throughout the conference earned regional and national awards that highlighted not just their athletic success, but their academic prowess as well. Below is a list of award winners.
USTFCCCA ALL-REGION
Three CACC men's standouts earned United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region accolades including Caldwell University's Joey Datta, Chestnut Hill College's Cole Stanchina and Wilmington University's Trent Taylor.
Thomas Jefferson University's Ana Eshraghi earned all-region status on the women's side.
Runners earn all-region recognition by finishing among the top 25 in the individual standings at one of the eight NCAA Regional Championships.
USTFCCCA ACADEMIC AWARDS
The USTFCCCA will announce its academic awards later this winter and will be updated on this site.
ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT
The College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division II Academic All-District and All-America Teams will be announced in the spring of 2024 following the conclusion of the outdoor track & field season.
