PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Bears men's soccer team hit the road Saturday for their first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action of 2023 and suffered a, 8-0 loss to Chestnut Hill College. The setback left Bloomfield with an 0-1 mark in league play and a 1-4 overall record. The Griffins improved to 2-2-1 on the year with a 1-0 mark in conference action.
Jomar Vizcaino picked up the loss in goal as the junior went the complete game and picked up 10 saves. Amadu Jalloh returned to service in a Bears uniform and put two shots on goal to lead the visitors' offensive attack.
Bloomfield will continue CACC play on Wednesday when they welcome Caldwell University to Foley Field. The September 20th showdown is set for a 7:00 pm start under the lights.
