Three Falcons homer in 10-7 win over Wilmington

LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. – Tim Zupkus reached base four times, and Brendan Sencaj hit a three-run home run as the Bentley baseball team beat Wilmington (Del.), 10-7, Sunday.

Zupkus finished the game 2-for-2 with a home run, a double, two RBI, and two runs scored. He also drew two walks. Zupkus was one of three Falcons to homer against Wilmington. Brian Lindsday and Sencaj also went yard in the win.

Zupkus hit a solo home run in the bottom of the first inning to tie the score, 1-1.

The Falcons were in a 3-1 deficit entering the bottom the third inning, but that's when Bentley rallied for five runs. Zupkus hit a one-out double, and Tyler Gonzalez and Steve Rizzuto drew consecutive walks to load the bases. Jackson Walonis hit a two-run single to tie the game. Two batters later, Sencaj belted a home run to centerfield to put Bentley ahead, 6-3.
