THE ROCKHILL REPORT

"This was certainly an exciting way to begin the season, said Head Coach Dan Rockhill". "Chestnut Hill essentially outcompeted us today and we were very fortunate to come away with a victory. Coach Konyak is doing an amazing job with his team and we have a lot of respect for the way they played this match."

"Vika demonstrated tremendous toughness with a thrilling comeback, to give us the overall match win 4-3", remarked Rockhill. "She continued to fight, even though down 5-2 in the final set and eventually fought off four match points to win in a tiebreaker."

"It's always great to get a win on the road but we will certainly need to get back to work in practice tomorrow", stated Rockhill. "We have a lot of new faces and I look forward to aggressively implementing our mission. Clearly, what was enough to barely win today will not be enough to get us to where we want to be in October."
