TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Annalee Capuano (Jefferson) - At the Colonial Relays, Capuano broke her own school record in the 1500m with a time of 4:40.08 which meets the CACC standard and is the top time in the conference. Capuano was also involved with the 4x1500m relay team which also broke a school record
TRACK ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Sophie Gartland (Felician) - Gartland broke the Felician school record in the 100m at the Delaware invite with a time of 12.42 which meets the CACC Standard and is the second best time in the conference
FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Sydonia Turner (Holy Family) - Turner won both high jump and the long jump at the Golden Ram Invitational meeting the CACC standard in both. She moved to second in the conference in the high jump with a height of 5-1 feet. Her long jump went a distance of 16-4 feet.
FIELD ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Chiamaka Wokocha (Georgian Court) - Wokocha finished first in the discus and second in the hammer, meeting the CACC standard in both with distances of 117-9 feet and 132-5 feet respectively at the Golden Ram Invitational.
HONOR ROLL
Chennaya Tschopp (Caldwell) - Tschopp won the 100m and finished second in the 200m at the Misericordia Twilight meet. She met the CACC standard in the 100m with a time of 13.01.
Brianna Coates (Holy Family) - Coates won the 400m hurdles at the Golden Ram Invitational on Saturday meeting the CACC standard with a time of 1:10.52
Jada Carroll (Felician) - Carroll leads the CACC in the 100m hurdles after running a 15.17 at the Delaware Invite which meets the CACC standard
Talia Ferguson (Felician) - Ferguson finished second in both the triple jump, distance of 35-9 feet, and high jump, height of 5-2 feet, at the Delaware Invite meeting the CACC standard in both events.
Miranda Tucker (Dominican) - Took second place in the shot put and fourth in the javelin at the Golden Ram Invitational meeting the CACC standard in both with distances of 36-2 feet and 99-3 feet respectively
Anastasia Watson (Chestnut Hill) - Watson finished first in the discus with a throw of 113-1 feet and a second place finish in the shot put with a 34-9 foot throw at the Ursinus College Track and field Festival, meeting the CACC standard in both
Aejana Robinson (Holy Family) - Robinson won silver discus at the Golden Ram Invitational, meeting a CACC standard with a throw of 116-1 feet
Sydney Watts (Chestnut HIll) - Watts broke the school record in the 5k at the Ursinus College Track and Field Festival with a time of 18:53.02, meeting the CACC standard
Eliza Hildreth (Wilmington) - Met the CACC standard in the 100m and 200m with times of 12.76 and 26.10 respectively. Also ran a season best time in the 400m of 1:03.16 at the Colonia Relays
