TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Ashwin Jood (Goldey-Beacom) - Jood took first place in the 400M and 200M dashes with times of 50.31 seconds and 21.34 seconds respectively at the Delaware Invite. Both times meet the CACC standard
TRACK ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
J'kwann Hamilton (Holy Family) - Hamilton won silver in the 400m hurdles at the Golden Ram Invitational running a 57.31, the third fastest time in the CACC and meeting the CACC standard. Also was a part of the 4x400m relay team that won with a time of 3:33.11.
FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Andrew Scopel (Caldwell) - Set a Caldwell school record with a javelin throw of 186-6 feet at Misericordia Twilight. The best throw in the CACC this season by 12 feet and meets the CACC standard
FIELD ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Odane Smith (Holy Family) - Smith won gold in the long jump with a jump of 21-6 feet, meeting the CACC standard, and silver in the high jump 5-9 feet at the Golden Ram Invitational.
HONOR ROLL
Dante Dockery (Goldey-Beacom) - Dockery finished first in the triple jump with a distance of 47-10 feet at the Delaware Invite which meets the CACC standard
Malicah Etienne (Georgian Court) - Met the CACC Standard in the shot put and discus with throws of 49-8 feet and 150 feet respectively
Joey Datta (Caldwell) - Tied school record in the 10k with a time of 33:09.46 at the Misericordia Twilight which meets the CACC standard
Kouto Anyika (Holy Family) - Anyika won both the 100m (10.85) and the 200m (21.56) at the Golden Ram Invitational on Saturday, both times meet the CACC standard
Kyle Spector (Georgian Court) - Met the CACC standard in both the 3000m steeplechase and 5k with times of 10:03.71 and 16:21.88 respectively
Dante Dockery (Goldey-Beacom) - Won the triple jump at the Delaware Invite with a distance of 47-10 feet, meeting the CACC standard with the second longest jump in the conference this season
Emanuel Preston (Chestnut Hill) - Won the 400m at the Ursinus College Track and Field Festival with a time of 51.44, also finished fourth in the 200m with a time of 22.31. Both times meet the CACC standard
