32 Named to 2023 CACC Men's T&F All-Academic Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (May 30, 2023) -- Thirty-two (32) student-athletes on Tuesday were named to the 2023 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Track & Field All-Academic Team, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. Nine of the 12 CACC schools that compete in the sport were represented on the All-Academic Team.
Caldwell University led the way with six honorees making the squad, while Georgian Court University and Thomas Jefferson University were next with five student-athletes achieving academic status.
NOTES ON ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
♦ Jefferson's Owen Bradley and Wilmington University's Logan Strouse each posted perfect grade point averages of 4.0, and were the only two on the list to do so.
♦ Eight student-athletes notched GPAs of 3.90 or higher.
♦ Five were named to the CACC MOTF All-Academic Team for the third time in their respective careers.
♦ Eleven (11) were named to the unit for the second time in their respective careers.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must: a) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of immediate preceding term (may include summer for fall sport participants); b) Minimum of two semesters enrolled as full-time student at member institution; c) Student-athlete must be second year student-athlete at member institution.

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference is an NCAA Division II Conference composed of 13 institutions in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The member institutions are Alliance University, Bloomfield College, University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican (N.Y.) University, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
