#3N WOMEN'S BASKETBALL ENDS SEASON WITH LOSS TO #2S DEVILS
Philadelphia, Pa. (3/1/22) The #3N Dominican College women's basketball team concluded their 2021-22 season with a loss to #2S University of the Sciences, 58-40, this evening in a 2022 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Quarterfinal contest played in Bobby Morgan Arena.

Following the loss, the Lady Chargers conclude their season with an overall record of 14-14.
Dominican was led by Tanasha Mills (New City, N.Y.) who scored nine points.
Taylor Tomlinson (Middletown, N.Y.) netted eight points, while Khay'la Latimer (Teaneck, N.J.) pulled down a team best nine rebounds.
The Devils were led by Jess Huber who scored a game best 26 points.
DC used a 4-0 spurt on back-to-back buckets from Samantha McClutchy (Washington Township, N.J.) and Mills to cut the lead to 17-16 with under five minutes left in the first half. Consecutive baskets from the Devils rebuilt a 21-16 lead and they closed out a half with a trey for a 24-18 lead at the break.
The Chargers would cut the lead to seven points (31-24) on a layup by Olivia Levy (Stony Point, N.Y.) with two and half minutes to play in the third quarter, but the Devils countered with back-to-back three's to regain a double digit lead en route to the win.
USciences advances to the CACC Semi Finals where they will take on #1N Post University on Saturday at 7pm.
