BALANCED ATTACK LEADS CHARGERS OVER WARRIORS

Dominican held the slim 43-42 advantage at the intermission, but the offense exploded for 42 second half points after shooting 51.5% (17-33) from the floor. The second half started with DC scoring the first 20 points of the period over the first seven and a half minutes to charge ahead, 63-42. Dominican would lead by as many as 25 points (69-44) with 10:31 left in regulation following a Jonathan Garcia (Springfield, Mass.) layup.
Garcia would lead all scorers with 18 points, four steals and five rebounds.
Freshman Tedrick Wilcox (Pawtucket, R.I.) tied his career high with 17 points and five assists, while senior Jason Copman (Cumberland, Md.) had the game's only double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
Brandt Roundtree (Plainfield, N.J.) and senior Tavon Ginyard (Brentwood, N.Y.) contributed 10 points a-piece, with Roundtree adding four rebounds and Ginyard tallying four assists.
The Chargers return home this coming Tuesday night as they host Felician University in a CACC North Division contest on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.
