Box Score WATERBURY, CONN. - A match-high 32 digs from sophomore libero Samantha Rios (Juncos, P.R.) coupled with 17 kills and 14 digs from junior Valerie Bermudez (San Juan, P.R.) wasn't enough to overcome Post University Wednesday night on the road, as the Eagles soared with a 25-21, 25-21, 23-25, 25-22 victory over Bloomfield.
 
The loss, the Bears second straight, dropped the visiting team to 11-3 overall and 5-2 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play. Post, meanwhile, improved to 14-5 and 7-1 in league contests.
 
Senior outside Diannmarie Rivera (Trujillo, P.R.) added 8 kills and 13 digs for the Bears, while sophomore Alex Glasper (Hainesport, N.J.) added a season-high nine kills to go along with 4 blocks.
 
Junior setter Edmarie Freytes (San Juan, P.R.) chipped in 24 assists and one service ace and classmate Nayade Paulino (Paterson, N.J.) tallied a team-high seven blocks.
 
Bloomfield will look to regroup as they close out their three-game CACC road trip on Saturday. The Lightning of Goldey-Beacom roll out the welcome mat for a noon-time start in Delaware.
