DOMINICAN ENDS SEASON WITH LOSS TO LIONS
Lakewood, N.J. (11/16/19) The Dominican College women's volleyball team concluded the 2019 season with a 3-0 loss to the Georgian Court University Lions in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match played in the Wellness Center.

GCU won the match in straight sets by the scores of 25-8, 25-18, 27-25 to improve to 27-6 overall and 16-3 in CACC play.
Dominican (0-25, 0-19 CACC) was led by senior Deanna Knopf (Hauppauge, N.Y.) with 10 kills and six digs.
Briana Rios (New York, N.Y.) and Malia Robinson (Jersey City, N.J.) each recorded four kills, while Alicia Dennis (Kemp, Texas) tallied a team best eight defensive digs.
Freshman Krystal Paulino (Bronx, N.Y.) and senior Sara Hayward (Sloatsburg, N.Y.) each had eight assists in the loss.
Senior Gabrielle Napoleon (Springfield, Pa.) had a three kills and Mykalee Chambers (Bronx, N.Y.) had a team best .250 attack percentage.
