Fourteen Student-Athletes Named to 2020-21 CACC Men's Tennis All-Academic Team

LIST OF HONOREES: 2020-21 CACC MEN'S TENNIS ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (July 8, 2021) -- Fourteen (14) student-athletes on Thursday were named to the 2020-21 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Tennis All-Academic Team, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. The 14 honorees represent five of the CACC member institutions that have a varsity program in the sport.

Concordia College, which captured the 2020-21 CACC Championship, led the way with five honorees, including Tobias Lentz' team and league-best 4.0 cumulative grade point average in his major of English/New Media. University of the Sciences was second on the list with four student-athletes earning All-Academic status. The top Devil GPA was a mark of 3.93 held by Oscar Serra in his major of physics.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
♦ Four of the honorees earned GPAs of 3.90 or higher.

♦ Concordia's Jan Godfrey Seno, Thomas Jefferson University's Odissey Kavak and USciences' Borna Markusic were named to the CACC All-Academic Team for the second time in their respective careers.

♦ Concordia's Henry Masters and Tomer Medler were the two standouts to garner a spot on the CACC All-Academic Team for the third time in their respective careers.
