Several CACC Men's & Women's Tennis Standouts Appear in New Spring ITA Rankings

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (March 27, 2019) -- Several Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) men's and women's tennis standouts were recently recognized in the various Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) singles and doubles rankings for the spring season. The announcement was made recently by the national organization.

Six CACC men's standouts appeared in either the singles or doubles rankings, including a pair of Concordia College standouts earning rankings in singles action. Michele Fenoaltea ranks 23rd in the new singles rankings, while teammate William Nilsson appears in the 43rd spot. Fenoaltea also appears twice in the doubles rankings, as he and teammate Eymeric Chevalier are ranked in the 14th spot in the doubles rankings, while Fenoaltea and Max Grundmann are ranked 42nd.

Chestnut Hill College has a duo ranked among the doubles rankings, as Erik Jorsal and Tom Pitchley are slotted in the 49th spot.

On the women's side, Concordia's Tadi Mrewa is ranked 64th in the singles rankings, while Goldey-Beacom College's duo of Lotte Lesscher Y Post and Catarina Zheng rank 33rd in the doubles standings.
