CACC Men's Basketball Weekly Honorees (2-5-24)
PLAYER & ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jabri Fitzpatrick (Felician) - In a 2-0 week for Felician, Fitzpatrick averaged 26 points, 7.5 rebounds and three assists per game. First against Caldwell, he had 27 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. Then vs. Jefferson he had 25 points, five rebounds and three assists.
Argel "IV" Pettit (Chestnut HIll) - Petit averaged 23.5 points per game while shooting 73% from three in a 2-0 week for the Griffins. Against Wilmington he had 22 points and went 6-9 from behind the arc. Against Post he scored 25 points going 5-6 from three.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Joshuel White (Dominican) - White averaged 4.3 defensive rebounds and 2 steals per game over three games for Dominican in a 2-1 week. White had one steal each against Caldwell & Goldey-Beacom, then had four steals against Bridgeport.
Honor Roll:
Deng Deang (Post) - Had a 34 point, six rebound performance vs. Chestnut Hill
Darnell Evans (Caldwell) - Averaged 17.3 points and 3.7 steals per game
Sam DeSouza (Bridgeport) - Averaged 15.5 points and 11 rebounds in a 2-0 week
Zayon Marsh (Goldey-Beacom) - Averaged 24.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists a game
Ahmed Barba-Bey (Jefferson) - Scored 25 points and had eight rebounds vs Felician
Clint Wright, Jr. (Georgian Court) - Scored 24 points and had three steals vs. Caldwell
Amiri Stewart (Wilmington) - Averaged 25 points, 4.5 assists & 4 steals per game
Seth Sharif-Brown (Dominican) - Averaged 16 points and 1.3 blocks per game in 2-1 week
