REARDON RESIGNS AS HEAD BASEBALL COACH AT CALDWELL

CALDWELL, N.J. - Chris Reardon resigned as head baseball coach at Caldwell College yesterday, Executive Director of Athletics Mark A. Corino announced today. Reardon, who coached at Caldwell for eight years, is leaving to pursue another coaching opportunity.
"I know Chris has been pursuing coaching opportunities at other
institutions to enhance his career," Corino said. "I'm glad he has
these opportunities. Chris built our baseball program into a
successful one, and we certainly appreciate his hard work and
commitment. I'm sure he will continue to be successful wherever he
goes, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
Jay Messina, who has been an assistant coach at
Caldwell College for the past five years, has been promoted to the
position of head baseball coach.
