2019 CACC Spring Championship Festival Right Around the Corner on May 2-5 in Lakewood, N.J.)

2019 CACC CHAMPIONSHIP FESTIVAL WEBSITE

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (April 12, 2019) -- The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and its 14-member institutions are excited to be hosting the 2019 CACC Championship Festival from May 2-5, at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J. The Festival will feature five CACC Championships, including softball, men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, men's outdoor track & field and women's outdoor track & field.

The event begins on Wednesday, May 1, with the championship banquets for both softball and men's lacrosse, and the competition begins the next day on Thursday, May 1, with the men's lacrosse semifinals and day one of the softball tournament. Ten (10) games in all will be staged on the opening day, while the women's lacrosse championship banquet will be staged that night following the completion of competition.

Friday will feature day two of the softball championship, along with the women's lacrosse semifinals. Saturday will feature the championship finals in men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse and softball. Sunday will serve as the final day of the Festival, as the men's and women's outdoor track & field championships will be held.

All five championship events will be webstreamed through the CACC Network (caccnetwork.com) throughout the weekend.

Various events will be held throughout the Festival, including a live remote from iHeart Radio in New York, food trucks, music and commemorative apparel will be available for sale as well. Fans purchasing the apparel will have several different options to choose from and customize their selections.

Admission will be charged for each day of the CACC Festival and will allows fans access to all events being staged that morning/afternoon. Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for children/senior citizens/college students with a valid school ID. Fans will be able to use either cash or credit card to purchase tickets at the Festival site each day.

Georgian Court and the CACC also ask spectators to adhere to the following policies & procedures for fan expectations:
**No pets (service animals only*) (*therapy animals are not allowed)
**No grills
**No alcohol
**No smoking or other tobacco products
**No pre/post game events (ie tailgatiing, team meals, etc.)
**No coolers or portable containers
