Daemen College is proud to once again be partnering with WNY Knee and Orthopedic Surgery PC to bring you its annual men's basketball opening tournament, now dubbed the East Coast Conference-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (ECC-CACC) Challenge. The two-day events pits teams from the ECC against counterparts from the CACC, meeting the NCAA Division II requirements for an exempted conference challenge event.
