BLOOMFIELD, N.J. – The Bears notched their sixth consecutive Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) victory Saturday afternoon as they defeated Wilmington University, 3-0 during homecoming. Bloomfield moved to 12-10 overall on the season with a 9-2, conference mark. The CACC South Division visitors dropped to 7-13 for the year and 4-7 in league action.
For the second game in a row, the Bears dominated in three sets as they posted scores of 28-14, 25-16 and 25-21.

Samantha Rios (Juncos, P.R.) recorded a game-high with 22 digs on the afternoon while senior
Valerie Bermudez (San Juan, P.R.) contributed 11 kills and a service ace to Bloomfield's winning effort.
Nayade Paulino (Paterson, N.J.) notched 5 blocks to lead the Bears at the net to go along with 10 kills. The senior duo of
Jacquelyn Madlock (Alta Loma, Calif.) and
Edmarie Freytes (San Juan, P.R.) continued to shine with 18 and 15 assists.
Paola Noble (Toa Alta, P.R.) had a solid day with 13 digs and 11 kills in front of the homecoming fans in the Bloomfield Gym.
Bloomfield hits the road for a Wednesday meeting with Felician University at 7:00 pm before a home tri-match next Saturday against Goldey-Beacom College and Mercy College
