Bloomfield regained their advantage on a basket from Deja McKenzie (Baltimore, M.D.) and took a 12-11 lead into the second period
- The Bears never relinquished the lead again as they clawed out a 9-0 run to start the 2nd quarter, fueled by eight points from Robinson and never looked back. Smith buried a three-pointer and the home team's lead was 31-17 with 2:55 remaining until the half. Bloomfield took their 14-point edge into the locker room, up 35-21 at the break
- The 3rd quarter saw the Bears offense sputter slightly and Chestnut Hill seized the moment and closed to within six (41-35). Bloomfield quickly used a 7-2 spurt to end the period and reestablish their double-digit advantage
- Bloomfield sealed the deal in the final quarter as back-to-back three-pointers from Robinson swelled the home team's lead to eighteen (65-47). The Bears nationally ranked defense forced 25 Chestnut Hill miscues which lead to 23 points
- Robinson and Floyd combined to help Bloomfield dominate the points in the paint, 32-20 and earn a 47-35 edge in rebounding for the game
